Don't beat yourself up about the stress eating though - we all have our unhealthy reactions to the triggers around us. Definitely let me know how the new leaf works for you. Thinking of, and rooting for you back. xojustonemorehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08347973233337053745noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2801070945500054961.post-46956013067472737892016-08-05T01:32:57.075-07:002016-08-05T01:32:57.075-07:00Just wanted to say 'I hear you' on all you...Just wanted to say 'I hear you' on all your recent posts. However, it sounds like, in some ways, the 'unsticking' yourself is going quite well and I should take a leaf from your book. I have been preventing for a couple of years now (BCP essential to ward off horrible perimenopause symptoms), but I'm still stuck in the past, avoiding triggers (I can barely look at a pregnant woman, let alone talk to one) and unable to get rid of any baby or maternity clothes. But I'm beginning to think I might be looking at this the wrong way round and that by facing these things, I can start to unstick myself. (Also, unlike you, I do stress eat and have been steadily getting heavier and heavier since my daughter started school last year, so it's my physical health that's at stake too.)

Anyway, good luck and know that, although I don't know you, I'll be thinking of you.

Best wishes,

NaomiAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01912492128662300736noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2801070945500054961.post-16605355702050582342016-08-04T06:57:50.922-07:002016-08-04T06:57:50.922-07:00We'd hire you in a minute (for something bette...We'd hire you in a minute (for something better than janitorial). Unbeknownst to me 3 moms were pregnant, one of which as a surrogate so in my jacked brain I could only think; it's so easy for her she's GIVING them away. It was ROUGH.
